Hopefull Hartford

Hartford is proudly my hometown, I have much love for my city and I believe it's full of hope! What better way to protray this than to use bright colors and simple shapes. This artwork is proudly placed in Hartford Hospital!

GROOT!!

When I first seen baby Groot I thought, wow this is a cute character. I thought it would be cool to create a graphic of Groot and challenge myself to make him look as tree like as I could.

POP BAM!

One of my many hobbies is photography, this is a sony camera to show my appreciation for the art of photography! I like the art method of pop art, it makes you feel nostalgic. The feeling of nostalgia when looking at this artwork brings me back to what made me creative in the first place, taking pictures of anything and everything.

Leeyah.

My name is Leeyah Roman, and this piece is about me. If you look closely you can see some of the most important aspects of who I am. My favorite colors are blue and purple. I have a love for my city, art, shoes, softball, traveling, and my culture. All this is present in this portrait artwork.

Retro

As mentioned before, I love photography but you cant forget about the old in the new. I have always been fascinated by Polaroids and how they develop, for the time this tech was life changing. To bring back the old, I made a poster ad to show off this Polaroid.

Speculative

I enjoy trying new art styles. For this piece I wanted to take boring letters and turn them into something that makes you wonder. I had fun creating this artwork and trying to figure out how it would come together in the end.

Shaka

In high school I had a math teacher who was very optimistic, always willing to help others and always showed his gratitude. Unfortunately he passes from cancer. He would always give this hand signal to say hello, to remember him I created this poster.

MoonKnight

After watching the show "MoonKnight" I had a great appreciation of the main character. He had a cool look to him and I thought it would be awesome to turn him into a piece of artwork. Creating this glowing effect really completes the look and theme.

LD'S

I have a love for sneakers and I have since I was a kid. The Jordan one silhouette is an OG and to show my love for shoes I created a 3D model from scratch of the classic, Jordan 1.

Time Travel

As mentioned before, I like to travel. Though I've never been out of the country I hope one day I will get to experience how it is to do so. In hopes to travel one day, I had this graphic to keep this dream in mind!
